Why Kakes with a "K"? When my husband and I were pregnant with our first child we discussed how all of the boys we would have get his initials, JPC; and all of the girls would have my initials, KLC. Well...we are proud parents of 5 girls! HAHA We have many girl names in which we changed a typically "C" spelling to a "K". So to keep the theme going, we changed the "C" in cake or a "K".
